By downloading, installing, or using StreamVault ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

StreamVault is a digital streaming application for Android TV that allows users to browse and play video content from online sources. The App is distributed as an APK file outside of app stores.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Account

The App uses anonymous authentication. No personal information is required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Lifetime Access: A one-time payment of $12.00 USD grants permanent access to all features.
Annual Subscription: A recurring payment of $3.50 USD per year. You may cancel at any time.

Payments are processed by third-party providers (Paddle, LemonSqueezy, PayPal, or cryptocurrency). All prices are in USD and may be subject to local taxes.

6. Refund Policy

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App
Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Redistribute or resell the App without authorization
Attempt to circumvent payment or licensing mechanisms

8. Intellectual Property

StreamVault and all associated content, code, and branding are the property of StreamVault. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StreamVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
