Refund Policy

1. Lifetime Access
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the App. After 14 days, refunds are not available for lifetime purchases.
2. Annual Subscription
You may cancel your annual subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
- If you cancel within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal, you may request a full refund for that period.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at barker8a@gmail.com with your payment reference or transaction ID. We will process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days.
4. Payment Provider Policies
Depending on your payment method, refunds may also be subject to the policies of:
- Paddle — Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and handles refunds for card, UPI, and PIX payments.
- LemonSqueezy — Refunds for credit card payments.
- PayPal — Subject to PayPal's buyer protection and dispute policies.
- Cryptocurrency (USDT) — Crypto payments are non-refundable due to the nature of blockchain transactions. Contact us for case-by-case exceptions.
5. Exceptions
Refunds will not be granted in cases of:
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Abuse of the refund policy
- Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first
