Account & Data Deletion

Delete Your Account & Data

You can request the deletion of your VelaTV account and all associated data at any time. Upon deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

Firebase authentication record
Trial and subscription information
Telegram user ID association
Integrity verification records
All locally stored preferences and cached data

Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

How to Delete

Option 1: From the App

Open VelaTV on your Android TV
Go to Settings
Select Delete All Data
Confirm the deletion

Option 2: By Email

Send a deletion request to barker8a@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Include your Telegram phone number so we can locate your account. We will process your request within 7 business days.
